Hello everyone!

I'm new to this forum and I must say I'm very happy to be here since I've found this to be mostly a friendly atmosphere.

Many IT forums I've experienced before are full of brilliant young minds who waste their exertise by badmouthing individuals who don't appear to measure up to their intelligence quotient, which really doesn't make them appear smarter, but rather accentuates their immaturity & leaves them looking more like little crybabies dying for attention.

As an educator and a behavioral specialist, I realize we all fall into different stages of the learning curve. We can all benefit greatly from the knowledge of others with exceptional abilities who can take the time to teach those of us lacking in those abiliies.
