The 'specialist' of the company I work for had not been able to resolve the problem for me. But the advice given here has!
I work in an office where several people use the same pc, and since I put my data on a network server and put shortcuts to that location on the desktop of this pc, the 'problem' began (whether it makes sense for that to be the reason or not, I don't know, but it's what happened), and every time I logged out so someone else could log in, the system did a 1-2 minute long synchronization ... I asked the system administrator here to do something about it, but all he said was, 2 minutes seem acceptable ...
Well. Now I did what was advised on this page here, and it solved the problem! THANKS awfully!
