hmm

Set the memory timings to "SPD". Crucial Memory is generally not very high end overclockable memory and setting it to aggressive or optimal timings is almost certainly beyond it's spec

I was told that you would need to play with the Memory Frequencies within the BIOS, and also try to set the Memory to "Aggressive" and not "Optimal" to see if this would resolve the problem.

Check the power supply ... might not be adequate. Heat problem.
