Hey, I'm having problems updating Movie Maker in xp. MM cmae with the computer, which I purchased about two months ago. I wanted to update Movie Maker to MM2. I tried to down load it from the microsft website. Everything seemed to be going fine. The install wizard did it's thang and I followed it to the word, and clicked finished. MM2 is supposed to just appear on your desktop, taking the place of MM1. But no, mm1 is still there, no sign of MM2. Do I need to update mm1 before I down load mm2, if so where and how. I have 65.3 GB free space, pent 111 process which is more than enough, me thinks?
