windows xp installation

I am installing XP in a network situation, but installing it individually on each person's workstation. Each person has their own username and password, that I don't know. I use my personal username and password to set them up, but when they sign on, their desktop is different from what I set up. How can I set it up on mine and then copy my settings to their username? I tried copying it when I went to System, Advanced, User Profiles, but the "copy to" part was not highlighted, even when I am the administrator, or have administrator priviledges. Is there any other way to do this? Thanks.
