please give this a try. Replace the Network card and also change the port on the switch (plug it into another open port).
Also, check this registry key :
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\LanmanServer\Parameters]
for Null sharing, if the value is set to "0" them you should change it to "1".
