if it is listed as a drive in My computer, start menu, or desktop icon, right click it, select format, select ntfs from the choices and format it. if it is having trouble with fat32 i would try ntfs and see if it works ok. i dont know what orriginally set that drive up so.......just guessing what might be the problem.
