Yesterday I followed up the described advices of the first link. I did many many things. Setting bindings order, installing NetBeui, installing IPX/SPX, clearing the whole network components, uninstalling the network card, removing the computer from domain, then adding to domain, geez! On the fly I tried the scanning permanently. Moreover I gave a new SID to the computer by the help of NewSID. I failed of success. It put me into a passion, so I formatted the drive, and reinstalled the whole system from zero, along with every little program. Now the network scanning works like a dream. I don't understand what was the problem, but the great thing is that it's working.
