need some help desparately!!
i was recently playing a game online when my pc suddenly restarted for no reason. this same thing has also happened when im not playing games.
i decided to troubleshoot step by step..starting with trying to reinstall windows xp! in xp installation, some files cannot be copied resulting in me being unable to install xp. i have an original disk which hasnt got a scratch on it...so it cant be that. ive been told it could be a hardware compatability problem...but i have the same hardware as when i first installed xp. for the record i have reinstalled xp once before because of a virus. there has never been any problems until the unexpected crash the other day!
please help somebody!! could it be mobo, graphics card, memory problems instead of xp???????????
