call the brand company of your computer... if its under warranty they can help you...but i think as long you don't open the case.. not sure..
if it fails to help you.. you need:
screw driver
UNPLUG ALL CORDS!!!.. safety precatuion....
open the case.. find which part is your modem.. its should be in PCI port.. white slot..
unscrew the screw attacth to the case.. pull it out genltly don't break it.. then..
put it back in.. screw it up.. plug back all the cords and etc now re-try..
