Hiberfil.sys is a file used when you hibernate the computer, it is equal to the installed amount of ram. If you don't use hibernation, disable it in power settings, you regain the space.

Pagefile.sys is the virtual memory file, you can make it any size you want but it should be at least 1.5 times the installed mem. It will shrink and grow dependent on installed mem and current mem load.
