BIOS
The BIOS is not the device manager.
To get into the BIOS you have to do this. When your computer first starts to boot, before Windows starts to load, you have to hold down the DEL key. On some systems it might be some other key. It will tell you which key you need to use on the intial black screen before Windows loads.
Once you are into the BIOS you will have options that you can change.
