I have installed the updates. The folder called Windows Update Setup Files was not there when I went back to it. One called WU Temp was in its place. It contained 2 installers. I ran them both and checked Windows Update and now only have 13 updates to install, rather then 43 !!! What a break. And yes, the folders were just copied. I could not "move" them from the disk to windows directory, I had to copy them from the disk to get them to windows.
I really don't need Anfy, but, I like it. It makes nice screen savers. Like I said.. it never gave me a problem before, so, I'll just keep an eye on it. I think I'll uninstall it and reinstall to see if I crash again.
I installed the graphics driver.
As far as the paper jams... I just bought new paper. There are no settings for type of paper - just size. When I was buying my paper the other day, the guy at the store said Lexmark's always have paper jams. I also read somewhere that Lexmark considers the X73 printer a throw away printer. Some parts cannot be repaired or replaced. This printer actually sucked in about 20 sheets of paper last week. Now, that was a jam !
Can you recommed how to clean the printer rollers and which rollers.
