Disconnect the data cable from one of the drives and run the PC for a few days to see if the problem repeats.

If it does repeat, disconnect the other drive so that they are both disconnected and run the PC for a few days.

If the problem is still apparent with both drives disconnected try running a 'Boot Memory Test'.
