Control.exe - the command for 'Control Panel'.

With Task Manager open > Processes > select 'Control.exe' > End Process.

Next thing is to investigate why it is running ...

Have you tried to open Control Panel?

Is Control Panel running?

Are you trying to install/uninstall new hardware / software?

Got o Start > Run > type msconfig > Enter > Startup > Scroll the list and see if 'Control' is listed - if it is deselect and reboot.
