Right try this, click Start then goto Find > Files & Folders, then type this "SNDVOL32.EXE" (with the quotes) then click Find. You should see an icon that has a speaker with the text Volume Control, it should be located under Start > Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Volume Control. The path to this is
C:\WINDOWS\SNDVOL32.EXE
