Unhappy Help Lord of the Rings Return of the King

I was just given a copy of LOTR Return of the King game. After I installed it I get an error message "Could not find any compatible Direct3D devices with the required capabilities.

I went to the support site and this is what I found:

"This particular issue can be caused by a few different things, including (but not limited to) an incompatible video card, older drivers for a compatible video card, or a corupted version of Direct X. There are several steps we can take to try and resolve this issue. Please follow them in order, trying the game after each step has been completed."

None of their suggestions helped.

Recommended:To run the game
- Intel Pentium IV or AMD Athlon XP processor
- 256 Megabytes of RAM
- Supported DirectX 8.1 compatible video card (64+ MB)
- DirectX 8.1 compatible sound card
- 2.0 GB free hard disk space (additional space required for
- Windows swap-file and DirectX 8.1 installation)
- 16X Speed CD-ROM/DVD-ROM
- 8 or more button Game pad (USB or Joystick Port)
- MS compatible mouse
- Keyboard

They have a note about the video card with 32mb or more memory and one of these chipsets is required.
Nividia GeForce2 GTS or greater, ATI Radeon 7500 or greater.

The chipset on my video card is a Nividia MX200. It is a 3d graphics. It has all the things a GeForce2 has does it not?

I checked my dxdiag box and everything is running properly. I have my updated drivers.

In my installation guide it state to make sure that the driver version number is4.09.00.000 or higher. My driver version is 6.13.0010.2060 date:2/4/2002.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
