ive seen this before with the Microsoft Optical mice on C-S its quiet simple to fix if its anyhtink like the MS problem go to mouse setting in control panel and move sensitivity down a few notches and then in game move the sensitivity down a bit and you should get it back if not in the game .ini make sure mouse is selected with Mouse&&=+1 this works on C-S worth a try ay!
