If I understand you correctly, do the following to clear the history, delete cookies, etcetera: -
Tools - Internet Options - Clear History - Yes - Delete Cookies - OK - Delete Files - (check box 'Delete all offline content') - OK - Content - AutoComplete - Clear Forms - OK - Clear Passwords - OK - (NOTE: It would be advisable, for security purposes, to leave Forms and Usernames and passwords on forms UNchecked) and OK your way out.
