I need help. I'm using Windows ME. When I try to open any of the message rules i.e. Blocked Senders List, Outlook Express locks up. When I press control-alt-delete I get a message saying the program is not responding. I've tried reloading Windows ME to no avail. I've accidently placed someone on the blocked senders list and I want to remove them from the list so I can get email from them again.

Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

P.S. I saw a thread on here similar to this one about the tools box. The "don't open any mail that may contain a virus" was already unchecked.
