Yes! I found one. Ok it's in German but it's simple to use.
First you unzip the proggie. You open the only execute that was in the zip.
The first lline is to point to your .dbx file.
The second one is where you want your e-mails to be extracted.
After selecting the first 2 options, you hit "Extrahieren" (wich probably means Extract).

Your done. Your e-mails are renamed with numbers, but it's the price to pay for being lazy and not opening them 1 by 1 and saving them.
