okay after a long time of fighting this battle i have come for help. when i open my IE and type in an address such as hotmail.com my computer makes this waterdrop noise sound. Its beginning to bug me. Im pretty computer literate so i know what im doing, but this time...is just too much for me to figure out. sound properties don't show the sound file, ran ad-aware pest patrol, hi-jack this i can't seem to find the source, even looking through some registry i coudlnt' find anything obvious that would be the source of the problem. So i finally come down to this place for help. Im pretty stubborn when it comes to computers because i like figuring stuff out on my own but this time...i hope you guys can help me. if not...i guess i must reformat my comp. it's about time to reformat anways...but if u can solve this problem i would gladly appreciate it.
