The Infamous Blue Error Screen...Centrino Problem?

I have a Dell Latitude D400 with Intel Centrino. Every so often, I begin to have problems connecting to the internet that seems to be the wireless software (it recognizes the network, displays a connection, but cannot connect) and if clicking the refresh option for the wireless network a few times, everything seems to go back to normal.

Sometimes, though, a blue screen will come up with this message,

and you have to restart. I know a lot of people that this same model, and the same problem.

Any suggestions on how to fix it, or ideas?
