Unhappy Missing Notepad in right-click context menu - Help!

Hey there, I've been searching with Google for the last hour, and usually with Google I'll find my answer within a few minutes but this one is stumping me. I had a virus a few months ago which deleted notepad when I got rid of it, so I restored it using the notepad.exe that's hidden in the dllcache in the System32 folder. Now everything works fine for Notepad except that it's not listed in the right-click context menu (under New), and that's where I use it the most. It's pretty much the only program that I use on that right-click menu too. So I was wondering if there was a program that I could use to edit that menu to put Notepad back, and maybe remove some of that other garbage? I'm running Windows XP Pro and I had a program a long time ago that I used to get rid of things, but I don't know if it allowed me to put them back. Also, if there's not a program to do this, does anybody know how I could go about doing it on my own, either in the registry or something?

I kept hoping there was a hidden folder that was called Right Click Menu or something that would have all of the shortcuts to the programs that were in there, but I haven't found it. So I'm guessing it doesn't use a shortcut system. Anyways, any help would be appreciated.
