I used to clean my registry manually but for some reason I stopped a while back and completely forgot about it and now I suddenly realised its a complete mess!

Instead of going through a doing it all manually I know programs exist that can clean them for you and someone told me of a program called Regseeker which I downloaded today and did a scan and it found 737 entries I don't need... this seemed hell of a lot and so im a bit cautious about deleting them all. Would this number be normal if I hadn't cleaned my registry in 6 months?

I was wondering if anyone else has any experience with this program and whether it did a good job or not? Or if anyone knows of any other free Registry Cleaners that are very good?
