I'm running Doom3, at Medium quality and at the resolution above 800x600. 1280x768 or whatever it is exactly not sure. But I think it's along that one. The one right about 800x600 and runs without any amount of choppiness.

Considering the age of the card, and the demand of the Doom 3 graphics engine I consider that pretty good. So I assume the 4600 would be able to handle just as well and no doubt a little better. So if you're looking to save money, and just want a card to get you into the games I recommend the Geforce4 Ti series.
