Aslong as your processor speed is over 350 Mhz then you can use a software decoder. Therefore a 64Mb onboard will definately be suffice.

If you have less than a 350Mhz processor then you need to get a hardware decoder.

To get a software decoder you need to install a DVD program like
Power DVD

or

WinDVD

I think they are just trial versions.
