my bad i thought u said iexplorer u r having a problem with explorer right ?

if you are it is most likely a driver of program conflict try diffrent things like running in safe mode and closing down unneeded processes to stopp diffrent programs from running. two main ways of doing this are using ctl+alt+del and going through taskman the other way is to go through msconfig(start>run>type"msconfig" go to startup tab then uncheck everything you dont need.)
