Thanks sirace, I finally figured it out. I put many entries into my Address book and some don't have email addresses, just phone numbers or physical addresses. I also store my logins and passwords for different websites in there.
If no email address is entered, then it will not appear in the Address Book, but will be displayed in the Contacts list.
I'm an idiot....
