Thank you for the posts on this problem. I found this forum using Google and before banging my head against the monitor.
This issue started today after installing Netscape 7.2 on Windows XP Home edition. Prior to that, I did not have the window popping up to "Locate Link browser" and it also started in Foxfire. My resolution was to use my set point from yesterday.
Microsoft does not list Windows XP as one of the systems this is an issue on. They suggest installing XP as a fix. Go figure.
