turner2000, it would be hard to diagnose the problem if you don't have any spare parts..... I would start with the easy and cheapest part first... replace the power supply first (if that does not fix it, then you can return it ), then start, taking parts out of your computer 'ONE AT A TIME"..Remove the extra stick of RAM (if you have more then one, the go after, NIC, MODEM, SCSI card (If any), and finally, unplug the Floppy then CD ROM and hard drive at the end.... Please make sure you attempt to turn the computer on after every hardware change.... basically, it is process of elimination, so follow them through and let us know about it.
