This bsod has several possibilities...
It could be bad ram or using mixed brand ram modules.
There may also be a device driver conflict or the driver is trying to access a restricted part of mem.
short story:
I had this bsod with a particular app...the app worked fine until i shutdown or rebooted, then windows would crash right after saving the settings. removing the app resolved the bsod.
I did some diggin and found the popular answer to be bad ram. i refused to believe this and eventually reinstalled windows(clean) and the app has worked fine since then.
most likely it was remnants of an uninstalled app, as rarely does anything uninstall completely.
