SP2 supercedes SP1, so you don't need both.
However, you should be aware that whereas SP1 caused very few problems for users, SP2 is a much more comprehensive and ambitious update which has caused quite a few problems as you will discover if you read the relevant forums. I had to revert to SP1 because I found some programs wouldn't install with SP2 present. Not everyone had problems though. You have to install it to find out for yourself. Just make sure you have a reliable backup before you do (don't rely on System Restore, because this won't necessarily repair all SP2-related problems)
