XP Driver Problem
Ok, heres my problem. The computer I am trying to fix doesn't connect to the internet. When I turn the computer on it says
Devices or Application Disabled
Application or Devices on this computer use drivers that will cause windows to become unstable. Windows has prevented these drivers from loading. Click here for more details.
Now when I click on it, I get nothing. We had this problem in the past and we figured out ir was cause someone installed Nero on the comp. Nero is a cd buring software. From time to time we get another message just like the first one, but that one says something about "CD Copying software".
Seeing as Nero does that we deleted it and the comp seemed to work fine again. The other day a new update from Nortons was downloaded and installed and now we have the same problem again.
As I said Nero was uninstalled, so I don't think it could be that, unless the drivers were never uninstalled and the new Nortons update made them active again somehow...
Any help would be thankful...
