thanks for your reply Overclocked Doc... tired what you suggested but no luck!

Update: I have managed to figure out why the Address toolbar option was missing from available options.

When I added my account as a Admin (previously just a standard user) the option was made available... now the only real reason of why I think this happens is because the address bar in the task bar can double up as the "Run" in your start menu... I believe it's got to do with Group Policy...
