im tryin to setup a home network on two of my computer via crossover cable. the cable is plugged into the integrated ethernet connection on both mobo's.

on my second computer the network setup wizard ran fine, everything is good to go. but, on my main computer that has the wireless connection when i try to run the network setup wizard it seems like it opens(hour glass pops up for a mili second) but nothing happens after that? it seems it's closed down the second its opened...

givin that i have already ran a few spyware proggy's, cleaned the registry, defragged the hdd. im at a loss. any idea's or solutions?
