Ok, if this file \ win2K_x2\iteraid.sys is causing the problem then the thing I would try is format the drive the old fasioned way. Use a 98 boot disk to boot from CD, then at the prompt you can do two things. (You need to wipe your drive to get rid of that faulty file) Either do an fdisk or type format c:\.
Everyone on here would probably tell you to use Fdisk.
When you have formatted, boot from the xp cd and try again.
