Are the two files -
D:\ xpclient\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c
and
\ win2K_x2\iteraid.sys
on the windows CD. If they are then then try another copy of XP.
I wouldn't know whaty else to do, because it looks so much like theres something wrong with the cd.
