response to all above kind people

First of all I appreciate the responses. Very kind. I am an expert at computers but I always listen to other people and I do not have all of the answers and I can always learn new things to issues that maybe you have discovered that I did not and solutions. First of all the Divx workaround did originally tell you to disable DEP, a major and important feature of SP2, and I did nto want to do that. I believe they have updated it so that it works with SP2 fully now as long as you have the newest version of the Divx codec. I will look into other codecs but it looks like I have all the necessary codecs that Windows update and Windows Media Player installs and they render without any problem. I am still getting the green washout which is strange and my friends said they are experiencing the same problem. I do not get this problem with SP1 at all or Windows Media player version 8 that comes with SP1. I know it must be a different problem because when I get the green screen it is with any of the media players I use, mainly RealPlayer and WMP from Microsoft. I am sure Microsoft, Divx and nVidia and ATI are aware of this problem and I Know I am far from the only person experiencing this strange and odd issue. Even when I re-install to the original factory software copty and update to SP1 everything works fine. It is not until I go to SP2 that I have this video/video streaming-"gree screen washout" problem within the video window being used to display whatever is being played video-wise. So if anyone has any other solutions, please let me know. Thank you. Again, I appreciate all of the help. I really do.
