main thing you have to look out for is:
what is your motherboards specs, will it run a processor of that size, some boards top out at say 800mhz some go to 1gig.
next what socket is the processor? socket 370, slot1....?
the voltage would not be an issue it is just a faster processor. have to make sure you have the right spec on the socket and for your motherboard.
there are other things to consider, if the 933mhz you are looking at only has a 100mhz fsb and the one you have has a 133mhz you are better off with the one you have, bus speeds make alot of difference, more so then a little extra processor speed.
i have seen people on ebay selling adapters to use the p3 Tualatin chips on the older flip chip boards, never use one, they are a headache from the start , untill it kills what you have. also when you buy a ebay processor, chances are it wont come with a heatsink and fan, and if the one you have is a old oem....you may need a little better cooling.
