You can do it with a card, but it is a little pricey. The better way to do it would be to grab a DVD-ROM or DVD writer. The DVD ROM would be fairly cheap, about $25-$60 US and still play anything your MP3/VCD/DVD player would. The DVD writer should run about $80-$200 US. The tuner card, or AIW (radeon) can run anywhere from $100- 300.
