Problem With A Windows Update.

Hello everyone.

I am having a small problem with a windows update, can anyone here help me. I will explain my position.

First Of all, I see the little icon for windows update in the taskbar (bottom right corner), which looks like this , and I click it, and it brings up this window , after that it acts like it's installing, and looks like this , when the progress bar is comple I get this and notice, that is says 'failed' after that this creen comes up right after it which usually should say install succsesful, if it was, after that this icon as usual comes up in the taskbar, yet again like before, so I click on it, and decide instead clicking express, to click custom, and this window comes up explaining what exactly the update is and then of course I press install, and still get 'failed to install' so then later that day, when I was shutting my computer down, I saw this come up, in which I have never seen before this lead me to believe that when I shut my computer down, that windows would install it while it was sht down. But Right as soon as I re-started it back up the next day, sure enough this icon was back in the taskbar, with the same update trying to be installed, and aafter it fails the icon comes back to the taskbar. No matter how many times I try to install the update it fails, and the icon comes back. Can someone please tell me what problem here is occuring to me, because it is quite annoying.

Thank you.
