athcfg11.dll is linked to missing export IPHLPAPI
I'm having problems with my laptop.
Its a Dell laptop pentium II running Win98SE. The problem is with my wireless internet. I'm able to get online but I can't manage the software that came with the card. Its a D Link DWLG630.

I have searched all over and replaced this file with an updated file, that finally let me online but I'm still getting this freakin error.

I initially had to download a new copy of IPHLPAPI.dll and that allowed me online.

The computer hasn't been online prior to this so its virus/spyware/trojan free.
I only use Firefox with it now.

The laptop is also crashing on me sporadicly. I've done a lot of searching online and you guys are my last stop before seeking professional help.
