A few interesting test results:
1. Even when I turn-off all of the NIS 2004 internal functions such as Firewal, Intrusion Detection, Ad Blocking, AntiSpam, AntiVirus, Privacy Control and Productivity Control, the problem persists.
2. When I re-instaled and older NIS 2003 version, Ameritrade Streamer functions perpectly.
I also have the same problem when using MedVed Quote Tracker, except I cannt even log in when using NIS 2004.
P.S I must completely disable NIS 2004 for Streamer to work
