Changing Bit Rate in Media Player
I've just about maxed out my hard drive with music. A lot of the music files are at 160 and 192 Kbps. As near as I can tell 128 works well, though the serious aficionados pass me music at about 160.
Anyway, what's a simple way to use Media Player to change the bit rate?
