Outlook or Outlook Express? There is an Outlook 2003 but Outlook Express comes in versions...5, 6, etc.

If it's Outlook (OE's big brother), it keeps all its data in one file, usually named outlook.pst. Run Search on the harddrive for "*.pst" (without the quotes, with the asterisk and dot) and it will locate all the .pst files on your computer. One of them has the data you're looking for. Use Outlook's Import feature to import that data into the current Outlook installation.

If Outlook Express, it stores data in one folder in .dbx files....inbox.dbx, sent items.dbx, etc. Search the drive for *.dbx. Among the ones it finds are the ones with the data you're looking for. Use OE's import feature to import that data into the current OE installation.
