Hard to say. Frist make sure to delete all traces of the nvidia install. Make sure you have directX 9.0c. Get all windows updates! Download the drivers again and place it on a different part of the disk (ie: if you d/l to my doc.s the try to your desktop) run the install again. Also just to be sure make sure your are d/ln' the right drivers for you OS/chipset. If I can offer any more help..... just ask
