Humm, hard to say.. Does both win2k and win2k3svr detect the printer and the most up2date software (print driver) is installed? Do you have a proxy or firewall installed that might limit access to win2k3svr? How did you share the printer. Give me as much detail as you can! Make/Model, Network setup, $shares, MS client/server $shares, Newwork access (ie: what protocols/restrictions)?, print services running, oh, and last.. how is the printer connected to the network/or which computer/or print server/q' etc..
