If you have enabled it in BIOS, which I assume you have done (it would be silly if your sound isnt working but u havent enabled the sound card) and updated the relatek drivers I'm not sure theres much you can do. My friend had the same problem, no sound whatsoever, but his problem was he hadn't enabled it in BIOS. When he tried to open volume control it came up with a message. Try running volume control on yours and see if the sound card has been enabled (enabled doesnt mean recognised)
