This worked for me: After I removed all my Outlook Express mail accounts, hotmail and pop 3, I added them again, including the hotmail accounts that I I had trouble with. The folders of all hotmail accounts downloaded. I immediately syncronized each folder of each hotmail account. All accounts are working fine again.
